Ripoff, $300 deposit for the chance to receive a gov grant

Called the end of June or first of July and was told for a small fee of $300 you can get your paper work processed for a government grant for education, housing, health, business and disaster relief. A government grant of at least $5,000 or possibly $50,0000. Called back a month later and was told it would be at least September before paper work would be processed.in September tried to call back and number had been changed or disconnected. Toll free number was 1-866-314-3910. The name on post card was Kensington Assistance Agency.
