Phone calls started a month ago. This collection agency has got my name out of the phone book. Apparently a person with the same name as I owes them money. Not the same middle inital, not the same spelling of the first name, but hey close enough for them right. When they called me they asked if I was at a PO Box #, I said no. They told me the last four digits of my social was, it was not me either. I thought that was the end of it. I was wrong this weekend I receive a nice little letter telling me that I owe $934.00 for an account that I never had. I called them to let them know once again they need to get with the right person this is not me.

Well Ms. Karen Falco that I spoke with was the rudest person I have ever spoke with, stated that this is the address that the account was opened under. I guess they forgot the first conversation they had with me. I thought it was a PO BOX #, anyway this Karen was way out of line when she started yelling at me stating that "she could ask me every question under the sun and I would tell her no So now I am a lyer. You know I have never had a credit card, never will. I do feel sorry for the person that does owe them money, they may not even know how hard this collection agency is hasseling someone that just so happens to have the same name.
