Unfair over draft charges, failure to notify ripoff

I wanted to take a moment and tell everyone about what has to be a very unfair overdraft practice by US Bank. I just discovered via mail on saturday the 22nd of July that my checking account had somehow gone overdrawn and that for the last 25 days I've been charged a $7 a day fee for being overdrawn. The item that overdrew my account was for only $6.35, I was then assed the $33 overdraft fee I can't argue this since I researched the charge that overcharged me and discovered that I forgot to uncheck a box on ebay and had some saling fees charged to the card on file (not what I wanted them to do but my fault the same!)

It's the $7.00 a day notice everything else the bank dose is per business day but not the fee it's every day! Kind of hard to depsoit the funds on Sunday and anything deposited on Saturday is held to the next business day but not the fee! I feel like I'm being ripped off by US Bank I'm being charged 117% intrest (may be off by a percent) on a $6 overdraft. But what make it worse is I didn't recieve a notice until almost a month later by now the total owed is close to $280.00! On a $6 overdraft!

I'll be trying to contact the bank again tomorrow (monday was a holiday here in Utah) and hopefuly I can get things worked out so I post more later.
