In 2001 My Daughter was out of work and was unable to pay for a car that I had co-signed for her. The car was repocessed and I was faced with paying for the car. My Bank account was debited for $1488.11 as offset for the loan. I paid off the out standing balance off of $9,969.92 to protect my credit rating. The repossesstion of the car after paying it off, is still on my credit report as of today. Who looks after the consumer anymore? I saw where this has happen to others, or similar, on this web page. Thats is the reason for me sharing this with you.
