Ripoff in dishonest fraudulent contact

While only attempting to acquire a small payday loan to help my family over a "rough spot, " this company, ("EDP Reporting") without authorization from any contact that I specifically made, took $159.95 from my family's checking account, utilizing the information that I only forwarded to get the loan. Both my spouse and I are devastated by this rip-off.

Because I was attempting to only borrow money for a need, it is inconceivable to me why any honest company would subtract money from an individual who is attempting to borrow. It seems that this is a disaster waiting to occur, and it has occurred in my case.

If this is not an illegal practice (as EDP Reporting claims), why wouldn't they use a more customary manner to acquire new customers?

I certainly hope that this reporting procedure assists some others caught up in this scam of the highest order. This is scary.
