Liberty Visa Card ripoff, no card, did not apply, applied for payday loan

Business & Finance

I was in desperate need of a payday loan. I was filing out applications for payday loans somewhere along the way, I guess edp reporting got my information and I ended up somehow appying for a liberty visa the only way I know what the card is called because they deducted $159.95 from my bank account in which I just got a payday loan so I could get what I needed so not only did they take my money but they took it when I needed it the most. I decided after reading the terms on the site for liberty union visa that I could not obtain my money back that I may as well sit back and wait for my new card, however, i am still waiting for my card. Soo, after reading this sited I have asked the company for my money back. I will then go to the bank and ask for my money back.
