EDP Reporting
Ripoff fraudulently debited my checking account

I have been a victim of the same scam that I have seen so many other people reporting. I contacted my bank after trying for an hour to contact EDP Reporting (both by telephone and online). My bank was very kind and told me that they would credit my account within 5 days (hopefully by the weekend since Christmas is coming up and I haven't bought all of my gifts).in any event, I came across some of the postings this morning, and faxed it to my bank's dispute resolution deparatment for their information. I just want to know if anyone knows of something that can be done criminally or otherwise to stop this company from taking advantage of people. Hope this helps anyone else who has had the same problem.
