Pallpalisaides Collection ripoff

As I was checking my credit report with experian I found out that Palisades Collections has reported me for collection for an AT&T account of $985.00 that I never had. Thia account was contracted according in January and last payment was recieved in 2001. I have never entered into an AT&T wireless. This debt is merring my credit report is a result of fraudelent or identity theft. I tried to contact Palisades Collections with no luck. I had to hire an attorney for this matter. After investigation we found out that they have an attorney handling this case which is still in proceeding into the courts.
