Ripoff

Our mortgage was sold to Midland Mortgage. Since then, we have been having problems with them. They are inconsiderate, uncooperative, not very professional, and rude.

When my husband got laid off from work, we were behing 2 months in aur mortgage. He got a new job, we caught up on the payments. Anyway, we started recieveing notices in the mail, stating that we were not paying the mortgage, this went on for about six months. Due to my husbands book keeping skills, I could not prove that we had paid. So we went into bankruptcy. Now, the bankruptcy paid off all outstanding debt to Midland.

We are now trying to refinance. I just recieved word from the refinance guy that as soon as he asked for the payoff of our loan, he went to check our credit reports, and found out that they reported us delinquent in our payments for a year. I have all of the reciepts over the last two years. All of them were paid on time and early. They have now screwed up our credit report, have sent out forclosure notices to us and our lawyer, and now won't even talk to us.

The last person we spoke to asked us to get copies of all cancelled checks and fax it to him. I did that. He then stated that WE had to send him copies of our paychecks and fill out forms so that we would not lose our home. We did that.

It has now come to my attention that no one is willing to speak with us over the phone, in person, on the internet, by fax, or by written response.

Beware of Midland Mortgage, Midfirst bank.
