Refusing to follow court orde

Ok here is my story. I filed chapter 13 paid all my month payments, was never behind on my mortgage. Now comes the fun part. I came out of bankruptcy last aug. The truste sent me a letter in july telling me that my first mortgage payment was due in sept. I have made all my payment on time and throught certified mail (because i dont trust midland at all) Anyway Midland has said since sept (my first payment) I was 2 months behind. I argued for months they kept tacking on late fees. We went to court on Dec 10
