I called these people to check on my status, its been months since I sent the questionair, and I have not gotten the second package with the grants that are supposed to specific to me (see step).

They have steps to follow for a refund. As everyone who has filed a report knows they don't give you a refund after six months. I have been getting the run around, and I called them a lot. I even got hung up on. I think they buy time. These people are evil. Needless to say I am broke and I don't have any grants. I need my money to travle to get married and pay a dowry in Africa, I cannot afford to be scammed out of hundreds of dollars. I'm ready to take leagal action. We should all band together and get our money back somehow!!
