Raped my bank account ripoff

I received a phone call from a man named Eduardo. He said I qualified for a credit card with a 1500 limit. All I had to do was pay $329. My customer number was 2612708. They even gave me a tracking number.

I was in college so $329 is a lot of money. I gave him my info. Over the next few days talking to my family, I thought of how stupid I was. I called back and spoke with Josh at 11am on September 22.

He guaranteed me that I could cancel the withdrawl from my account, no problem. I wrote down names, times, and dates. The money comes out. I am furious.

I call back and ask to speak to the supervisor, Alex. He apologized and said Josh was mistaken and my card was on the way. Well, I received a welcome package thanking me personally by Joseph Phillips. I was on my "way to a brighter financial future!"

Weeks went by, I called twice a week asking where is my card? I always got the cold shoulder, put on hold, hung up on. After a month of this they disconnected the number.

I was devastated. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau online. I never heard back from them. Until today, I thought I was alone. I want them to pay everyone back and see them in prison.
