Ripoff they took 299.00 with the promise of a grant worth at least 4,000.00 which we never recieved

We got a urgent gram postcard in the mail for a offer of a government grant. The postcard siad call the number for information.

They said that the 299.00 dollars would be returned if we did not get the grant. They said we were supposed to get at least 5,000.00 and if not our money would be returned. We are a working class family and do not think its right for people to get a way with ripoffs.

They said it would only take 8to12 weeks and this as been since 05/08/06 and we have not heard anything from them. We tried calling the number they gave us but it is no longer in service we are really distraugt about this whole mess.

So if anyone as any ideals please let us know.
