Ripoff very rude

We open a policy with american family on 5/17/06 at which time they treated us real nice. Once they had us signed up they got more rude each time we visited the office.

They also wrote our policy with a jennifer vitagliano which was not even in that office. We tried to add a driver to the policy and they refused. The driver has a spotless record. We will never deal with this company again for any reason.

This is the worse insurance company We have ever had dealings with. Warning stay clear of this company and mostly the office at phoenix az.
