Bank Overdraft Fee Ripoff

I have had the same problem with overdraft fees as many others on this site. When I called the 800 number they could not give me a reason for the charges. My husband has gone to a local branch twice in the past and had the charges removed. The managers at these branches could not explained to us why we had been charged these fees as there was money to cover ALL transactions that had been made.

However, the last time this occured, the "powers that be" at the 800 number have blocked our local branch from removing fees. When they were called, again, they could not give straight answer about why fees were applied — only that all of their branches including those at 800# do things differently... Whatever that means. If there is a class action, I would like to be a part of it.
