Harrassing, threatening phone calls about people I don't know

This Company leaves computer generated messages on my answering machine about someone I don't know and their dept. They say the same thing over and over, taking most of the tape so I am unable to get messages from my family, friends and employment. I have called them numerous times and told them I have never heard of the person, and I have had my phone number more than 10 years. They continue to call and harrass me.

In January my daughter married someone that has an account with them. The first few times they called to leave a message for my son-in-law, my husband, son and I took they're name and number and got it to him. I have told them over and over that my phone number is not Joe's and they need to call his parents phone number and that I am not responsible for his debt just because he is married to my daughter.

The last time they called I told them I them I was going to sue them for the harrassment. I asked the girl what her name was and the address for my lawsuit, and then the line went dead. Since then, they have sent the computer generated harassment phone calls.

So now I get calls about two people, one I know and one I don't know, concerning their debts. I want the harassment to stop.
