Cross Country Bank Is a rip off and charges over the limit fees

I signed up with cross country bank about a year ago, and among many others I received over the limit fees even if I paid my minimum amount due. Each month I tried to pay the minimums and when doing so just got a higher billing statement each time. I tried to call ccb numerous times when I would do so I would be put on hold on a phone line that isn't an 800 number.

Upon trying to speak with a customer service rep I was treated poorly was yelled and hung up on. I had ccb take 160 dollars out of my checking account without my prior approval, I noticed this when my checking account was low. I contacted my bank and had them put a stop on the so called check I autorized them to use. The bank was successful in doing this but I had to pay the bank 25 dollars so ccb couldn't take anymore money out of my account.

I have since signed up with profina debt solutions to try and take care of ccb for me, I pay them monthy to try and get my ccb account to a current status - still ccb says they haven't received payment from them I still get bills in the mail from ccb saying I now owe the 1600 dollars from late fees and such. I have tried to speak with managers and supervisors at ccb but all they do is yell and scream and say there is nothing they can do, that it is all up to me.

Ccb was calling and harrassing me at work 3-4 times a day wanting to have me make a payment even though I am going through profina (mind you I tell ccb that each time I am in contact with them) I almost lost my job because of their stupidity, they said they only way that I could stop them from calling me at work was to fax them my company letter head stating for them to take me off.

This never stops - I feel there is no way out I signed up with ccb to establish credit and it has gotten me nowhere but further in debt. I am at a loss and I have completely given up now. They never try to work with you and the customer service reps and so called managers are all a crock. I don't even know with all these complaints that people have put on here how they can continue to do what they do.

I even on several occasion has reps call me at home leaving harrasing phone messages - saying hello hello pick up I know you are there and they would sit in silence for a while (kinda creepy if you ask me). The are a fraud and I am going to be out to seek justice on this rotten company.
