Ripoff threatened me give false information

My loan was bought out a year ago from Chase. Now I have Vanderbilt as my mortgage co. When I get behind in my payments they call and tell me that I have to move out in 2 or 3 days.

They don't have to give me notice, they can just come in an throw me out. I have spoke to a lawyer and I plan on taking action against this company. I have been in the mobile home industry for over 17 years and I know enough about a foreclosure process. They claim they can foreclose on a home after 31 days because these loans are like a car title. They don't have to give notice nor do they have to give anything in writing. Legally they have to send a 30 day notice, you have to go to court and then and only then can they take the legal action and foreclose on your home.

After my conversation tonight with the B at Vanderbilt I plan on calling a lawyer in the morning and I am taking legal action. I have had enough with this company and if they want to play game then bring it on. I would like to cram this house up the asses. They have soo many repos and I understand why, it because of all the harrassing phone calls and threats they make. Let them come to Michigan and see if they can make a living. I always say what goes around comes around and they will get theirs in do time.

I would like to drive to Tennessee and meet these nasty people face to face. They are the nastiest people and most dishonest people I have ever had to deal with. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with Vanderbilt
