We took up payments from another couple on a mobile home we went through a lawyer with this. Transfering the home to us at the time of payoff. The home was financed in the other couples name for 15 years through citicorp. Well we lived in the home for 10 years owing only 4 more years they sent 3 checks back and foreclosed on the home saying we were not the original owners that they broke the contract by selling this home to us well they had been taking our checks for 10 years knowing we were in the home and waited until it is almost paid for to tell us this they are a bunch of crooks thats out to beat people out of money ill never deal with them again this was in 1990
