The female home appraiser in Florida that was sent to my home by Castle Point Mortgage took my personal check of $350 and that was the last I have seen of her! Who split the monies?
She was sent to check on any issues of the home structure.instead, it is said that she felt I should carpet my terazzo floors. Cosmetic opinion?
I still have not received copy of this appraisal that I PAID FOR. Nor, did I receive the guaranteed loan monies. It is my legal right to receive a copy of the appraisal or a copy of a denial in writing.
No comment has been made to me by Castle Point Mortgage since this event as to why or what is really going on. Also, requested reimbursement of appraisal monies. Nothing received in way of correspondence or money.
