Total ripoff, made big promises, lied, sent bad appraiser, didn't refund any monies

Total ripoff, made big promises, sent out trainee appraiser and submitted bad appraisal even after we got another appraisal that we paid for of which we never received any money back even though the closing papers said if we cancel we get back all monies, then when it went to closing they got more money than we did so we cancelled, Because of his actions every broker I went to after that tried to use same mortgage company and submit the proper appraisal ($130,000 vs $91,000) and everytime they came back with the same proposal giving more money to lender than to mortgagee.

There ought to be something we can do about this but it is the same as lawyers and doctors they have mortgage brokers over seeing mortgage brokers.
