Property Taxes Left Off After Loan Switched to First Mortgage

I am awaiting their "Breach of Contract" information after they refused to afford me the normal remedy resolution regarding them leaving off my property taxes after I was told otherwise.

I applied for a 2nd mortgage. They reapplied on the fly as a 1st mortgage and had me close without making the full mortgage payout clear to me on the bold disclosure information, twice, as the code requires. This includes a loan calculator disclosure breaking down the charges, not just the HUD statement you need a magnifying glass for.

Since March 9th I have had this loan in "rerating" status and am holding up money until I see their good intentions to correct their deceptive error. It's now going on 5/31/06, and these friendly folks just demand the money and don't want to service me, the customer, who is always right.

Stay away from these deceptive lenders. They refuse to follow normal resolution and arbitration requests when I mail them certified mail, now 2 billing cycles or 60 days. For being part of the biggest firm in the world, they act very disjointed and uncaring. I, the customer, will not tolerate at least a 50% business relationship with anyone!
