Just received letter from NCO re Bank of America. Balance supposedly $331.54, Cost of Collections $565.95. Doesn't that seem insane? I owed about $150 I believe.
What should I do? Ignore them? Write to them and dispute the charges? I do know that the courts would laugh at this collection fee.

Do they actually take people to small claims court? Or do they just behave weird as I've been reading on this website? Any advice is much appreciated.
