Request To Dispute DirecTV Charges And Cancellation Fees

I need to have the charges that were made by DirecTV disputed and removed. There should not be any cancellation fees for a service that is totally more expensive then originally presented, and/or a service that only works sometime. I need Bank of America to dispute the charges and try working on the behave of their customers.
