Ripoff they won't release your money customer reps dont help Salt Lake City Utah

If you use your card and the company runs it to see if it's real wired plastic holds the money and wont release it for 30 days. They are holding over 100.00 of mine and when you call customer service they are not very help full and after 30.00 in fee's i found out why it cost. 95 to call them after 2 calls a month. I tried to get them to unfreeze my on line account by e-mailing me a new pass word and after 10 calls I still am not able to get my account on line.

It's really hard to keep count of your money. You really don't know how many times you have paid one thing. As of today i am still waiting on my money and when it is finally put back i am taking it out and no longer using this card. I don't like them holding my money and probable making intrest on it and i am doing with out. There is probles with putting your money somwhere that you can't talk to somone face to face.
