Ripoff vehicle title payoff delay lean release

We paid off our 13.99% auto lone to the tune of $35,000 on 04/05 (we fedXed it).

Wells Fargo said that it was received on 04/10.

We contacted Wells Fargo on or about 05/01 asking where our lean release was. They claimed that it takes 14 (fourteen) days to process the Lean Release. They claimed that it would be mailed on 05/08. It is now 05/20 and no lean release.
