Ripped me off promised credit card, no card, no money, checks in the mail RIGHT!

They contacted me said they could help get me back on track, They said I would have a credit card within 3 days. They took money out of my savings account. Called me with a company that I had problems with to begin with. Told them that and they said to give them another chance to find another.

I had to call them back, Told them I just wanted my money back, still no money. They say it was sent then I called again and was told it hadn't went thru yet... Please how long does it take to send a money order or check!!! I don't know what to do next. I keep calling, but I get the run around.
