Won't stop calling

For about 5 months I've received calls from UCB asking for someone I don't know. So far I've gotten 8 calls from them, despite the last 3 calls telling them to never call me again.

I've even talked to supervisors telling them I don't know this person they're asking about and to never call me again. Yet they keep calling. I've gotten a call a week over the past month.

Today I filed a complaint with the FTC, which told me to write a "Cease Communications" letter and send it certified with return receipt to UCB. I also contacted my phone company and will file a complaint with them.

These people just don't quit, no matter if you talk to them nicely, scream at them, or cuss them out. They're evil!!!
