Overdraft Fees

In August I opened an account with Wachovia because it's where my parent's bank in Florida. I have been unemployed since October and have been using the account to receive funds from my parents to assist with bills.in Feb I had a garnishment placed on my account (which Wachovia never notified me of until just 3 days ago in writing) which caused a few numbers to be off but not to cause Overdrawing my account. Well I am now overdrawn by $187.10 because they charged me 5 OD fees on items, according to their website and branch paperwork, were still covered on funds in the account. They refuse to refund me these fees claiming it's my error not theirs. I have filed a complaint with the BBB but I wouldn't doubt it if they were in their pockets as well.
