Didn't Refund my amount of $400.00 back. Ripoff

The Company Financing Alternatives didn't refund my money. I called the company to ask for a refund the guy that answered the phone told me I couldn't get a refund. And I ask him why he told me we don't refund money. Then I told him I was going to get a lawyer. He told me I don't care you can get a lawyer if you want to you still ain't getting your money back. I been tring to get my money back for the past seven years now.
