Ripoff

I was ripoff by PC One Club, on August some lady called me telling me that I would get a Credit Card limit $2500 and a free computer if I paid a one time process fee of $349.00. I gave them my bank info and they deducted the amount. Told me that I would receive my package 14 business days. I never got anything. I call them on Sept 11 and they said wait a couple of weeks I did but nothing. Then I called the 800 Number and ask for a refund they said of your refund will take 30 days. Its been 5 months and no refund. I need help how to get my money or to file a suit. 60 day period of bank claim past. This company is bad bad bad news.
