Ripoff! Delay tactics used!

My report is the same as everyone else... PC One CLub called my cell phone. I asked where they got the number from, they said I had applied for something and it came from there. Stayed on the phone 45 minutes before I was convinced. This was in July. Told them they could not process in my bank, but they put a automatic check through the bank on August 3rd.

I was told that I woud have me credit card with a $2500 limit, no interest for 2 years, and not annual fee. Within 14-21 business days. THat day came and went so I called and they sent another package to me with a tracking number from the USPS. I finally received my package Oct 12. When there wasn't a credit card in there, and only a list of other companies I could call for a credit card I got mad. I started looking on the internet today for information, called their 1-800 number, and another 1-800 number that was printed on the check presented at my bank. I was told that if I get a tracking number and send the package back to them, and call the 1-800 number with the tracking number, I would get my refund within 30 business days from when they receive it.
