Ripoff

I received a phone call soliciting a M/C for a $369 retainer fee. I was promised a $2500 credit limit. The took the money ($369) directly out of my checking account. It was about two months later that I contacted them asking where my card was. They said it usually takes over 90 days to issue all cards. I waited another month and they said they sent me a package to my house. The package they sent was a travel club that I didn't want or need. There was a page stuck in the back of this package and they said I needed to fill out all the info and send it to them before I could get my card. I felt something was wrong with this scenario so I called my bank to complain and they told after 90 days I couldn't dispute the charge. I was really taken. After 7 months of numerous phone calls and many broken promises from this company I still don't have any refund.
