Ripoff

I signed in May with Ameriquest Mortgage. Our loan was supposed to be a fixed loan and I have an adjustable loan. My loan payment has went from $890.00 to $1278.00. My interest has went from 6.99% to 10.75%. It is adjusted every 6 months and my escrow has had to be adjusted 3-4 times. I have taken this problem to Mr. Jose & with Ameriquest explaining that all I wanted was my loan documents to go back to the original 6.99% at there cost because that what I was told by there representative. They have refused to help me. They tell me that they can't even refinance my property at this point.

In May my husband was diagnosed with a Neuromuscular Disease and has become unable to work. I am struggling with working 55-60 hours a week to try make ends meet. They don't understand and are threatening to foreclose. Is there anything that we can do to stop these thieves.

They promise the American Dream but give the American Nightmare.
