Ripoff 0% interest scam and fradulent late charges

Chase offers o% interest to suck you in then they charge late payment reguardless of check date. Called up chase they agreed to wave late charge but then a few moths later started charging interest without notice when i called them back they claimed that i was late that one time and that had voided contract even though check date was good and late fee was waved.
