I am filing a lawsuit against chase in small claims court palatine illinois

I have been a Chase Credit Card customer for 20 years. All of a sudden they are gouging their best customers. I have an 800 Fico.

On a balance due of $325 I was charged $39 late fee and $6.50 interest for 2 days late or an interest rate over 1000%!

On another card I have a balance ($1,300) with a Zero percent rate and got charged $39, and $15.50 Interest and they changed my zero percent rate to 15%. I begged over the phone to reverse changes several times. My letters to their SVP Kelley Hanick go unanswered, and ignored.

I AM TAKING CHASE TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT. Even if i lose, i still win since it will cost them $200 to defend themselves. IF THEY ARE NO SHOWS, I will win by default and save them a little money, and get my late
charges/Interest refunded.

It's my turn to suck some blood out of them. A competing credit card issuer told me they would not charge me anything for making a payment 2 days late. Chase confirmed with me they will change penalties and interest if your ONE Day late!
