Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance
Harassment over property insurance and alleged arrears

Business & Finance

Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance and members of that company, Nick Evans and Brandon Cooper, have harassed me by phone and postal mail about my not having property insurance and being delinquent in payments. I have had my property insured from day 1 and have never missed a payment.

My insurance agent has contacted this company at least 6 times to give them this information. They have been bothering me for more than 4 months and I have had an attorney talk to them about this. He said it has been resolved, but obviously it has not to their satisfaction, as I have received 2 more letters of annoyance.

They told me I was in arrears and I have the cancelled checks to prove they are lying. They also tried to make me pay premiums to their own insurance company to insure my property and sent a bill to that effect.
