Vanderbilt Mortgage And Finance selecting homeowners insurance at a high rate and I already have coverage Ripoff

I received a letter from Vanderbilt on 11/26/06 stating they wanted evidence of my homeowners insurance. I have had the same insurance and coverage for 15 years.

I contacted my agent and they faxed the information on 11/27 at 9:25 A.M. My agent called me to verify that it had been sent.

I then received a copy of an insurance policy from Homefirst Agency stating that I had converage with them effective 11/20/06. I contacted them and talked to Linda - she said she had never recieved anything.

I then called my insurance agent again and she refaxed the information to Linda on 12/15/06.

On 12/16 I received another letter from Vanderbilt stating they had not received my insurance information.
