Ripoff manipulative fradulent

Before, and after, they withdrew the $200.00 from my account and after several phone calls asking questions regarding this credit card. I was reassured that is a credit card to consolidate my bills. Not unitl I got this packet in the mail with 4 $50.00 vouchers and catalogs that I could order from that I really knew I was misinformed and rip-off. On February 23 I wrote them a letter requesting that my my $200.00 be returned asap and forwarded ac opy to my credit union. I then got a reply from Citifinancial requesting a copy of my bankstatement and other information so they can in fact see that monies were taken. I replied and just got another reply informing me that they did nothing wrong and sent me an addition 2 more $50.00 coupons and telling me I now have $300.00 to use toward the balance of this account. They also stated they are in receipt of statement and sacknowledge drafting my account and listening to the verbal they did nothing wrong. I called on 04/04/06 and told them I am not intereseted in this type of an account and the gace yet anotehr address to write to Executive Counselat this same address to see if they will release my money. I told them I want this account cancelled and amy writing agaon another letter. We need to stop this company and get our money refunded now. Thank you
