Ripoff lied to me about Capital One credit card and took away 200.00 from my checking account!

On may 15,06 I recieved a cell phone call from "Capital One" offering me a credict card with a $2000 line of credit, when I asked this person how he got my cell phone number and my information he said I was refered to them from another company who denied me credit and I belived him.

In order to get this credit card he said I need to put $200 deposit, because i had no credit history, and this "credit card will help me to establish mi credit" (yeah, right), and then he said I will get them back in 4 Vouchers of $50 each to used them towars the balance. So everything sound nice and I fell for it. He recorded all my info. Like name, address, birthday, ssn, and checking account number. On May 17,06 they charged my account, 2 weeks later I received a "Terms& Conditions letter" and thats how I found out the true, they wasn't Capital one. It was a credit card for online purchased, I call them the next day and said i have to send a letter to the department of consumer disputes wich I did, 2 weeks later, I recieved another letter requesting a copy of my bank statement showing the charges, and a letter with the nature of my dispute and my signature once again i did it, 3 weeks later, I recieved another letter from them saying they review my recorded verification and nothing was wrong and they wont refund my money but they send an extra 2 vouchers of $50 each to make a total of $300 to used on they products also they enclosed the web address wich does't exist and took me to this web site.
Now, Im concern about all my personal information, and beside that they have a copy of my bank statemen, and they already know my signature they have a copy of it. Im very worry about this situation because they have all my personal information and even my signature, if somebody can help me, or tell me what to do I will appreciate a lot.
