Ripoff I am a customer of MMG, and since August have yet to see a refund of money owed to me

I have been reading all the lates usacomplaints.com. My question is has anyone had the same problem of hitting dead end streets?

I have filed with the BBB, the FTC, as well as my congressmen, of which I seem to get the same answere and they don't want to help.

Where does one go from here. I still get e-mails from this disgusting company, that is when I request to know where the refund is.

They give me the same generic reply each time.in November they did state that my creditors had release the power of attorney, but then why is almost April, and no money/check in my box.

Where do we go from here? That is without having to hire an attorney to take over and not to mention take all the money owed to me by this company.
