Miracle Management Group aka. Risk Management Partners ripoff

I joined an organization called Miracle Management Group in an attempt to clear up some debts. And move forward in life. I initially paid a start up fee of $ 250.00 and then $ 330.00 per month. After being a client for over a year, the sales person who signed me up (Lori Daigle) quit.

From this point on, I had a hard time getting ahold of anyone at the company. I would press the menu button as if I wanted to become a new customer when I needed to talk about my account. I pressed them to settle some of my debts., since the money was sitting in a fund earning them interest. The more I pressed, the more the customer service guy (what a bozo he was—and full of you know what.) would come up with stupid reasons why they didn't.

I started getting really suspicious and THEN learned that the company was formerly named Risk Mangement Partners. I did a new search with the BBB out west and learned of all the complaints. Next I stopped sending money and continued to investigate. I contacted the Attorney General's office and was eventually told I would receive a refund of $4926.00. This was in August.

Now it is mid November and I'm told I probably won't see any refund because I live in Ohio which is out of state. I'm not in the "preferred class", which gets paid first in a case such as this.

Today I filled out a complaint with the Federal Trade Comission (www.ftc. Gov) in an attempt to keep this husband and wife conn duo from just crossing over into another state and doing this all over again. We'll see what happens? Life goes on as unfair as it often is.
