Ripoff from the word go

This company got us a mortgage on our home. They said the home was worth $115,000.00 turns out the home is only worth $80,000.00 then they turn around and nothing they said over the phone was true when it came to closing the loan.

The rate was 2 points higher than it was supposed to be the payment was $300.00 more a month than it was suppose to be. But being as we were buying this home on land contract from my parents and we didn't know any better we signed the papers.

3 months later I was off of work and ask them to work with us on our payments they said no way. When we tried to refiance on the home with another company no one would touch us cuz we owed more than the home was worth.
Needless to say within 1 year we lost our home to them. Now they have it on the market for $42,500.00 if our home was truely worth $115,000.00 wouldn't you think they'd ask for more?

There is NO WAY I would ever recommand this company. They commit fraud and their appraisal are worthless. Learn from everyone else that they've ripped off and don't ever use this company.
