I also have been dealing with Saxon Mtg. They have told me for several days they will call me back on figures and never do. I know now that my house is being forclosed on and the date. From reading all of these reports it has helped me understand what to do next.

I am going to file Bankrupcy Chapter 13 and start researching this company in more detail. I think as many people as possible should consider a class action lawsuit against the company.

I am willing to participate in this and would like anyone that would be interested in it to contact me through the editor of this site or the rebuttal key.

I would also like to know how many people have contacted there origonal Mortgage Companies and asked them why they would sell there Mortgage to a company as bad as Saxon. And give them this websites address and try to get them to read themselves.
