I too would like to state for the record that Crescent Bank is a disgrace to banking institutions EVERYWHERE!

My husband purchased a car financed by Crescent Bank. He was making his payments, then he lost his job. Although he was unemployed, he continued to make his payments, although they were late.

The so-called "customer service reps" called, even cursed at him. They were beyond rude. Like others, the car hasn't been repossessed, but he can't sleep at night worrying about the possibility.

He has caught his payments up, but if it is a day after the payment due date, they are calling and carrying on scandoulously. He has every intention of paying for the car, but the treatment he has received is unwarrented.

I wish everyone who has had dealings with this bank would come together and sue them for harrassement. Times are hard, and people all over are having it rough. Its a shame that not only to they have to suffer trying to make ends meet... But they have to endure crap like this and disrespect!

If there is someway to get this bank closed... It should happen! I wonder what the "customer service reps" would do if they suddently, without warning lost their jobs! How would they feel if someone called their home or job talking them like they are horse dung? I wonder...
