Ripoff Inconsistent non - communicating false information and getting screwed in the process

We have been consistently struggling with this company for the past 2 years, but have always managed to stay above water until recently. We hit a roadblock, and suffered a setback, we were told they would put us on an assistance program, but we were denied. They would not accept a payment from us, because they wanted the entire lump sum, they blocked us from the website so I could not make a payment.

During this not being able to make any single payments, we gradually fell further behind. We tried to refinance, and was almost through the process until the lender tried to get a payoff, they were told our home was now in foreclosure.

We do not know where to turn, we have gone every route and they refuse to work with us in a way that we can afford. Now, they are foreclosing on our home and we cannot do anything about it. If someone out there is in a situation like this and has gotten help, please share that information with us.
