Refused to help work out a reasonable payment ripoff Haskell

My family and I bought uor first home in 2005 and after 1 mortgage payment Homecomings financial bought our mortgage. I was hurt at work in early March and started having trouble making payments, we contacted Homecomings for help. They asked us to fill out financial paperwork and speak to a credit counsleor, which we did, to no avail. We are now in foreclosure and we have tried to contact them over and over but no one will talk to us.

What can we do, somweone please help us save our home.
