My wife had a run in with Adren Browner I believe back in June. He said that he would call her back. He never did. It was not until I saw a foreclosure notice come across my desk. Since then we have been going rounds with Homecomings. We set up a payment plan that requires us to Western Union payment that costs us more $'s per month to pay on our home.

Recently, I contacted Homecomings and they said I had until 4/25/04 to make our payment. I sent payment via Western Union 4/25/04 @ 12:51 pm. Now I get a notice that our agreement has been cancelled due to non payment. WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP!!! If it were within my power to refinance, even if it meant a higher interest rate and higher payments, I would, just to get away from all the people whom have DROPPED the ball and put this all back on our laps. I am sick and tired of Homecomings dropping the ball and we get the shaft.

Anyone that is considering financing a home, should seriously consider more than one motgage company and do extensive research before doing so. My wife had this loan before we got married, and I can honestly say, I AM NOT IMPRESSED!

Homecomings Financial... You got all your gonna get out of my wife! NOW, YOUR GOING TO PLAY WITH THE BIG DOG... If you cannot play with the big dog, you better go and piss with the pups!!!
