Screw me over big time ripoff

I been having major problems with my account. For 2 months no one seems to care now i am on chex systems which i am even more angry about.

2 months ago i lost my atm/debit card i beleive it was at work (airport). So i began to look for my card for 2days of no luck. So i then call bank of america they tells me i have to speak to risk closure department so i then waited for about 45 minutes on hold and the rep tells me that i have overdrawn charges.

I told them that it was not me that did these charges since they happen in flordia and i lives in new jersey how could i possible due this. I then told the rep. I lost my card then they tells me i have to transfer you to claims department to make a claim for the items that was bought back to me.

So then claims tells me we can't do anything because there is a note on my account that i can only speak to risk closeure department but i then tell that i rep i already did but no one seems to care and keep transfering me all over the place.

So after getting mad i call back within a few days because i have 60 days to make a claim it said on the policy. So i call back and i notifyed them again that my card is lost all they seems to be worry about is my overdrawn charges.

So then i finally spoke to someone in claims dept and they said to me that i don't have anything to worry about because i made the claim within reasonable time so i thought i was going to be ok. So i call back to few days later to get some feedback. They told me that my claim was denied.

So i then ask why they said my pin was used with my card but i told them my card was lost they ask me how is my card lost and someone out of no where gets my pin i told that i didn't know only i know my pin and dint write it down so then they said they going to review it again and check it out.

I then call back within few days again and spoke to this investgator name victory spotty that works in fl. She said that it is happen alot on the east coast so she believes that i sold my information to someone. But why would i do that if i only have no more than $80 in my account not to mention my payroll got direct entry into my check account and i havent gotten a penny of it.

So i continute to call victory almost everyday about my account she tells me that she would not accept my account and that i have to pay the $4,000-$5,000 back in order to get my account back to normal i would not pay a penny due to fraud that happen but no one believe that it is fraud.

I am now a victim of chex system i am only 20 year old and don't know what to do with my life it is ruined. I asked for a new investgator but nothing seems to happen. Maybe some can help me. Please use the rebuttal box below.
