Ripoff finance charges

After sending in an amount overpaying my loan, the company never disclosed that interest hadn't been added from the previous payment date, even though I spoke with them over 10 times, and took in a letter to close my account. The result was that the interest payment posted, and then interest continued to run until I got a new statement.

On top of the interest I was charged for the three insurances I'd purchased as well. The result was a payment of $97.00, which would have been much lower had anyone informed me during the 30 days I was trying to resolve this.

By the way, I got the current payoff yesterday, and paid it in the office. Today on-line it says I owe $. 39. They just can't get it together at all.
